Google Business Profile β Advertising and Autopilot
This section manages your Google Business profile (what guests see on Google Maps and Search) right from the admin panel, without switching to a separate Google console. Connect it as an extension in the App Store (admin.menio.ru/app-store) β the "Google Business" card.
Info, hours, photos and menu
The management modal's tabs give you:
- Basic profile information;
- Special and extra hours β e.g. holiday hours or separate delivery hours;
- Profile photos;
- Menu sync (Food Menu) β dishes from your digital menu are pushed into the Google Business profile's menu section.
Posts with call-to-action buttons
Publish posts to your profile right from the admin panel β with a call-to-action button (order, call, learn more, etc.) and automatic UTM tagging, so you can tell Google Business post traffic apart from organic traffic in analytics.
Attributes and Place Actions
- Profile attributes β flag venue features (outdoor seating, delivery, wheelchair accessibility, etc.) that Google surfaces on the profile card.
- Place Actions β deep links to specific actions (order, book a table, view menu) that Google highlights right on the profile card next to the directions button.
Reviews: AI-drafted reply
In the reviews tab, you can reply to a guest review using an AI-generated draft β the draft can be edited before publishing.
Autopilot
Autopilot handles routine posting for you, but by default it only suggests posts for your approval β nothing is published without your consent until you explicitly turn on auto-publish for a specific post type:
- New dish with a photo β when a new dish appears in your menu, autopilot suggests a post with its photo.
- Happy-hour / promo β when a discount schedule is activated (see Scheduling & Happy Hour), a promo post is suggested.
- Auto menu sync β the profile's Food Menu section is updated automatically as your digital menu changes.
Suggested posts wait in a queue β you approve or dismiss each one. Even with auto-publish enabled, a cap applies β no more than one auto-post per day per location, so the profile never looks spammy.

FAQ
Will autopilot publish something without my permission?
No, by default autopilot only suggests posts for approval. Automatic publishing is a separate opt-in you must enable deliberately for each post type.
How many posts a day can autopilot publish?
No more than one auto-post per day per location β even with auto-publish enabled.
Can I edit the AI-drafted reply?
Yes, the draft is a starting point; you can edit it or write your own reply before publishing.
Do I need a separate Google account for this section?
Yes, a connected Google Business profile is required β the extension is connected in the App Store.
